Responsibilities:
This position reports to ArchCare's Chief Administrative Officer / Chief Financial Officer and will be in the midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week.
Through the application of advanced HR practices, administer the continued centralization of Human Resources functions for CHCS and its entities. Set the strategic direction for HR by designing, developing, communicating, and implementing progressive programs designed to meet both current and future needs of the system.
Lead the identification, development, and implementation of broad human resources strategies and interventions to accomplish business objectives.
Assist the leadership team in defining and transitioning the organization’s culture.
Identify and implement labor and employee relations practices to ensure positive relationships with employees and labor organizations.
Work with Counsel to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function (DOL, OSHA, FLSA, NLRB, EEO, ERISA, etc.).
Monitor risk exposure of the facilities and system.
Partner with executives to evaluate structure, job design, labor forecasting, and organizational development throughout the system.
Establish wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, and employee benefit programs and services.

Full-Time
Salary:
$350,000 to $400,000 per year
Qualifications:
7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience with long-term care organization, preferably working directly with skilled nursing facilities
Experience with labor unions
Education:
Master’s degree in human resources or related field
