The Director of IT Finance, Sales, Marketing and Human Resource Systems is responsible for driving transformational growth leveraging innovative technology solutions and the full scope of the IT services. This role will be the primary interface between business functional leaders and the IT teams. This will be accomplished through a combination of thought leadership, creating trusted business relationships, industry expertise and strong communications skills.

This position reports to the SVP Global Information Technology and will provide direct/indirect supervision to 8-10 Team Members.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Planning, organizing and executing the analytics roadmap including technical design & development of our enterprise data & analytics platform.

Provide oversight on technical design and development decisions.

Lead a team of technical analysts and off-shore contractors to deliver competitively advantaged analytics solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and priorities.

Lead, coach, engage and professionally develop team members with a focus on developing functional, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement enabling technology roadmaps to support functional business goals.

Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to enhance business capabilities.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Execution:

Responsible for overseeing, managing and delivering IT services and solutions for our finance, sales, marketing and HR systems, including SAP, SalesForce.com, UKG and other Martech systems.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.

Collaborate with department heads to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead and manage a team of Business Relationship Managers and Systems Analysts in the design and implementation of systems.

Build stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor to advise on system capabilities to share leading practices, benchmarking and peer company environments to ensure solutions enable bottom line growth.

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of IT services.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT or related field with increasing levels of responsibility.

4+ years experience leading and mentoring team members.

Demonstrated ability to develop technology roadmaps that support business strategies.

5+ years of experience working with SAP, SalesForce & UKG systems preferred.

Demonstrated thought leadership; strong project management and team leadership skills.

High degree of learning agility to flow between business functions.

Excellent problem-solving and demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, problem solving and prioritization skills.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with a variety of audiences including various levels of management, vendors, and business teams.
