Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and Developers to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.Strong presentation skills, and effectively demo designs to larger groups, including business and legal partners.Ensure ADA compliance and implement best practices in all design work.Work with the research team to define research objectives and apply insights.Utilize analytics and survey platforms to make data-driven design decisions.Leverage Truist design system and components to create cohesive design solutions.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Online portfolio with UI/UX case studyExpertise in FigmaProficiency in ADA/Accessibility standardsExperience working in Agile environments
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Experience in the Finance/Banking industryAnalytical skills with prior experience with Google/Adobe analytics and A/B testing platforms.
