You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for managing the bi-weekly payroll cycle using Paycom and e-Time time and attendance. Oversight includes necessary corrections to time clock punches, Paycom system employee maintenance, administer garnishments, oversight over meal break compliance, benefits pertaining to payroll processing, and comprehensive oversight over payroll earnings and deductions adhering to hotel guidelines and procedures, 401K processing, assist with annual Workers Comp and 401K audits, reporting, and knowledge of rules in order to process payroll in accordance with Federal, State, and labor related laws.You will also clear bi-weekly time clock punch errors in preparation for payroll processing. Transfer time clock data to Paycom WFN to prepare payroll processing. Compile all garnishments, service charges, tips, gratuities and apply any changes to employee earnings and deductions prior to transmitting payroll. Process manual checks on demand, route for signature, including but not limited to terminations and payroll adjustments.Prepare monthly journal entries to record bi-weekly payroll, monthly payroll accruals (payroll cost, workers comp, and 401K expenses), and monthly FTE statistical calculations.Oversee meal break compliance reporting, working with operations to clear infractions and collect People & Culture meal break paperwork.Support weekly labor meetings, identifying issues related to job codes that require update in OnTrack.Distribute to management bi-weekly vacation and sick liability reporting for reference purposes.Retrieve and prepare any payroll documentation required to assist People & Culture with investigations related to the timely and accurate recording of payroll records for current and past employees.Point person to research payroll related matters with Paycom, maintaining a close relationship with Paycom Client Service Manager.Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity guide us each and every day. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
