What will the Grant Accountant do?
- Reconciliations: balance sheet and bank accounts
- Payroll support and grant accounting as needed
- AP and AR
- Monthly close procedures
- General ledger posting
- Accruals
- Supports month end, and year end close processes
- Provides necessary support to external auditors, lenders, or investors
- Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, filing, and other office tasks.
What is needed in the Grant Accountant?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years experience full cycle accounting
- Experience with NetSuite, grants, and payroll
