Job Description: As a Micro Solderer, you will be responsible for performing detailed soldering work on small and delicate components. Your keen attention to detail and steady hands will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Qualifications: Previous experience in micro soldering or similar soldering work Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with microscopes and small tools Familiarity with electronics and circuit board assembly Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 certification (preferred but not required) Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment salary: $56,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Perform precision micro soldering on circuit boards and small components Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics Inspect and test solder joints to ensure electrical connections Utilize magnification equipment (e.g., microscopes) to solder tiny components Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety standards and quality control processesSkillsSolderingQualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
