Subject Matter Expert SIGINT L3 QKGG - TS/SCI Poly required

The ideal candidate for this SME SIGINT L3 opportunity will have the following responsibilities and skills:
- Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support for customer signals of interest.- Designs and implements software modules to process signals of interest.- Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
Basic Qualifications:-Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.-Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications.-Experience with signal processing development frameworks (REDHAWK/RFNext, X-Midas, GNURadio, etc) and C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries.-Experience with message queue implementation/communication e.g. ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ.-Experience using, configuring, and interfacing with commercial software defined radios (SDRs).-Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.
Desired Skills:-Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation.-Experience with GPU/CUDA development.
