Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Bone Marrow Transplant/ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: ACLS; Chemotherapy Certification; BMTCN and/or OCN preferred Must-Have: Oncology experience Job Description: - Provide exceptional care in a 37-bed bone marrow transplant unit.- Work collaboratively within a team of 82 nurses and 7 patient care technicians.- Ensure patient safety and high-quality care with a patient ratio of 3:1.- Utilize Alaris Pumps and Meditech electronic medical records.- Administer chemotherapy and manage neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medications.- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a strong culture of teamwork.- Engage in innovative CAR-T research, contributing to the development of potential cures for blood cancers.- Join a supportive and passionate team dedicated to helping patients overcome cancer.This position is part of a leading center for Blood & Marrow Transplantation and CAR-T research and offers a vibrant work environment committed to excellence in patient care.
