Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting the Department of Defense, is searching for a Cybersecurity Analyst. The candidate should possess understanding and practical knowledge of cybersecurity needs and requirements for both hardware and software. This work supports various projects in the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group both at the Radiance facility and on-site government facilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with DOD cyber security and information assurance practicesSoftware/Hardware vulnerability analysis on current and future systemsFamiliarity with networks and network protection best practicesExperience with ACAS, Eval-STIG scans and preparing hardware/software for these scansExperience with documenting government Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements within the government owned Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) databaseUnderstanding of network equipment administrationKnowledge of embedded real-time operating systems and best practices for securingSecurity+ Certification (strongly desired) or obtain within 3 months of employmentUS citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearancePreferred Skills/Certifications:
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearanceInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification and Operating Environment CertificationPrior DoD system administrator/network administrator experienceCISSP certificationArmy portfolio management system (APMS) experienceGood organizational skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of Windows and Linux operating system administration
