Job Title: Scanner Admin AssistantLocation: Georgetown, DEContract to hirePosition Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations. The ideal candidate will manage various organizational and communication tasks, working independently and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors professionallyAnswer and direct phone calls courteously and efficientlyManage and organize office documents, files, and recordsSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsCoordinate meetings and conferences, including bookings, equipment setup, and cateringSort and prepare medical records, analyze documents for destination, and ensure quality in scanned reproductionPerform quality checks on scanned documents using extensive knowledge of medical record formsAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emailPerform data entry and maintain databases accuratelyAssist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staffOrder office supplies and maintain inventory levelsAssist in the onboarding process for new employeesSupport special projects and events as assignedRequirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracyDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
