Technical Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team with one of our large financial clients. The Technical Business Analyst will work with product owners to understand and document requirements, ensuring they meet development and testing standards. This individual must have a strong working knowledge of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Business Intelligence applications. A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in documenting business processes and writing requirements in Jira, Confluence, or any comparable requirements management tool.
Responsibilities:Work with product owners to understand and document requirements, ensuring they meet development and testing standardsReview and groom requirements with development and testing teamsWork with scrum masters to track deliverables and issues, ensuring timely deliveryCommunicate impacts to upstream and downstream stakeholdersMust have superior written and oral communication skills

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a large technology environmentProficient in documenting business processes and writing business requirements4+ years working with Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Business Intelligence applicationsWorking knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Exadata, SQL Server, or other industry standard database platformsExperience with Jira for requirements writing and managementExpert knowledge of Scrum or Kanban Agile methodologyExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
