Wachter is currently accepting applications for Data Analyst in our Lowell, AR office. This is a role to support business operations and solutions designers with the development and maintenance of business applications related to typically internal procedures, metrics, and reporting. A major piece of this role is using your high level of knowledge about Excel and data analysis to help make business operations teams more efficient. The role will require significant collaboration with project stakeholders, and team members, and an awareness of the systems from which they operate with some degree of coding.

Support others with intermediate to advanced tasks in Microsoft Excel.Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.Builds basic data collection applications/systems/tools.Design and create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.Structure large data sets to find usable information.Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.Create content for digital signage.Maintains Wachter's high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.Performs any other assignments as directed by the supervisor.Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.College education/degree highly desirable; Bachelor in Information Management, Information Science, Business, or Communications.Strong reading, writing, and math skills.Ability to problem-solve efficiently.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Familiar with data models and data mining techniques.Familiar with project management methodologies.Solid understanding of business concepts.Highly proficient with MS Office programs, including Excel, Power Bi, Power Automate, and Data Warehousing, and able to master systems and applications.Basic knowledge of VBA, SQL, M and/or DAX programming.Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint is desired.2+ years of related experience (strongly desired.
