We are looking for an experienced VP of Data & Analytics to lead our growing team and drive business impact through data-driven insights. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping strategy across marketing, product, and operations by delivering actionable insights that fuel performance. We’re seeking someone who is not only an expert in building scalable data infrastructure and digital marketing analytics, but also a strong leader who can inspire and guide teams. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating a data-driven culture, we’d love to hear from you!What You Will Do:Align data initiatives with broader business goals, contributing to the company's growth and customer experience improvements. Provide strategic direction and set priorities for the data team, ensuring all efforts contribute to business success.Redevelop our current data warehouse into a consolidated, scalable data infrastructure that supports both traditional needs and advanced analytics (including AI/ML and predictive modeling). Establish and enforce strong data governance policies focusing on integrity, quality, and security.Recruit, develop, and mentor a technical team to manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and infrastructure, reducing reliance on the internal Technology team. Ensure your team follows industry best practices and is fully capable of supporting all data needs across the business.Lead, develop, and coach a team of analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. Provide mentorship and technical direction for both the existing analytics team and the newly built technical team.Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand their data needs and ensure timely, accurate insights that support strategic initiatives. Drive the development of dashboards, reports, and tools that empower teams to make data-driven decisions independently, while establishing a process to review and validate analyses before they are shared company-wide.Oversee the development of marketing performance tracking, attribution models, and optimization strategies. Provide the necessary structures to monitor and adjust digital marketing efforts.Leverage data to understand conversion and optimize the customer journey. Work with the Product and CRM teams to implement strategies to enhance engagement and increase conversion rates across product touchpoints.Define and manage the execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests to drive data-informed improvements across all business units. Ensure testing processes are rigorous and provide actionable insights for decision-making.Develop advanced predictive models and analyze the cause and effect of changes. Implement incremental measurement techniques to evaluate the impact of business decisions and optimize strategies across departments.Stay ahead of trends and technological advancements in data infrastructure and analytics. Continuously assess and propose improvements to tools, systems, and processes to drive operational efficiency and data innovation.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in online B2C service companies (e.g., Gaming, Dating, Gambling, or other consumption-based platforms).Proven experience in building technical data teams and developing a scalable data infrastructure.Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Conversion Rate, Churn Rate, Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Expertise in building and utilizing attribution models to assess marketing effectiveness across channels.Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to analyze and optimize customer journeys, driving higher engagement and conversion rates. Strong ability to identify and implement strategies that enhance product performance across key touchpoints.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Hands-on expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, AI/ML implementation, and the creation of attribution models, with proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.What You Get:At Outlook Amusements, we foster a collaborative and supportive virtual environment where your success is our success.
