Analyst, Investor Relations
in our San Francisco Corporate Office.The Investor Relations Analyst , under the supervision of the Vice President, Head of Investor Services, will be tasked with supporting the team’s primary functions. These include the initial preparation of marketing materials, the coordination of communications, materials, and meetings with investors, tracking investor inquiries to ensure timely response, systems management and organization, and aiding in fundraising activities. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to the success of this position.What you’ll doSupport the daily operations including IR communications management (e.g. IR group inbox management, list administration, etc.), data reconciliation, integrity checks, and handling ad-hoc investor requests.Support the development, production, ongoing updates, and compliance approval of all marketing materials including pitch books, PPM, DDQ, investor conference slides, and other materials. This will require coordination with several teams across the organization.Develop graphics and produce analytics in Excel and PowerPoint.Assist with responding to industry database questionnaires (e.g., Preqin, IREI, P&I).Support the CRM (Juniper Square) and repository database, ensure data integrity of inputs, and manage the analytics and reporting.Work with the IR team to respond to all investor requests (written and verbal) including managing contact information and wire instruction updates.Work closely with all members of the IR team to support the planning of the annual AGM conference, Mid-Year Investor Call, and other IR related events.Manage property image library.Various administrative tasks which constitute roughly 10%+ of the duties (calendaring, scheduling, data input, etc.)What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in relevant field; finance, business, or economicsA minimum of 1+ years’ experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry, with a focus on investor relations or business developmentAttention to detail and thoroughness is a mustExperience with private funds, finance, and accounting is highly desirableExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsThe ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable formatStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and WordStrong project management and process-oriented skill setAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentMust be a team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrityCompensation and BenefitsCompensation and Benefits play a key role in your choice of employer, and our goal is to invest in you and your experience here. compensation range
$95,000 to $100,000.
Total compensation for this role also includes a
bonus incentive
in addition to the base salary.
