We are currently seeking an Administrator who is passionate about making a difference for our North Shore Community!

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare leader in assisted living, long-term care, or related field

Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations

Strong background in setting performance expectations, coaching, and providing feedback

Dedication to working with seniors with memory impairment in a culturally diverse workforce

State-specific licensure strongly preferred

Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance

Must be comfortable working in an environment with pets

You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs

What you'll be doing:

Embrace and practice the mission, principles, and values of Silverado

Provide guidance to community staff, empower department leaders, and oversee responsibility for community operations

Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and County regulations

Guarantee that Total Quality Management (TQM) principles are taught to staff and implemented consistently

Partner with Talent Acquisition team for successful hiring outcomes

Provide counsel and direction as necessary to all staff, reviewing evaluations, and recommending advancement and compensatory changes

Foster open communication with residents, their family and friends

Assume responsibility for the financial operation of the community by developing, implementing, and administering budgets
