Job Description:
Gain a deep understanding of the strategy of the publisher accounts and suggest opportunities of how to utilize Nexxen SSP's complete offering.
Responsible for all aspects of account management (post-sales), from launch to growth.
Serve as the main point of contact to the client, ensuring that all needs are met and a growth plan has been established.
Provide leadership and guidance on account management strategies and processes to improve the overall SSP offering.
Gather data and monitor the general health of the accounts.
Manage and grow your own book of business across the Americas to ensure global pitches and up-sell opportunities are maximized.
Help integrate any new publisher or broadcaster into the Unruly platform and subsequently own all aspects of that relationship.
Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetization to your clients and undertake Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure your publisher partners are as profitable as they can be.
Compile and examine data and metrics to drive decisions on up-selling products.
Work closely with the commercial demand team and make decisions based on analysis and demand needs.
Close coordination with product and engineering departments to support existing business and highlight new product requirements.
Provide monthly forecasting to the business including the wider commercial team.
Requirements:
Skilled negotiator with a keen interest in closing deals and working with publishers.
Solid understanding of digital advertising, including multiple formats such as display, video, mobile, and OTT/CTV video.
Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyze and report upon data.
5+ years of publisher management in digital advertising.
Sense for closing deals and an inner drive and hustle to open new doors and opportunities.
Prepare and present value proposition on key publishers for the Sales team.
Experience in taking ownership of account management (post-sales).
Ability to communicate directly with internal and external partners to offer support and solve problems.
Bachelor's degree.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $83,000 - $97,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
