Reports to:

Vice President of Sales & Business Development – Demand Planning

Location:

Remote, or in one of our physical office locations (Emerald Isle, NC, or Cleveland, OH) but preferably local to Charlotte, NC.

About the Position and Our Team:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Channel Partnerships to join our team. The Director of Channel Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth through partnerships and alliances. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales, partner relationship management, and business development within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a robust channel strategy aligned with TransImpact's overall sales and business objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners, including resellers, distributors, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and system integrators.

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:

Proactively recruit new channel partners that align with TransImpact's target markets and growth objectives, specifically in the demand planning market through its Avercast software solutions.

Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to be successful.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Sales Enablement:

Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and tools required to effectively sell Avercast products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns to support partner sales efforts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the channel program, including partner sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue contribution.

Provide regular reports and updates to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development on channel performance and initiatives.

Partner Programs and Incentives:

Design and implement partner programs and incentives to drive partner engagement and loyalty.

Monitor and manage partner performance against program criteria and adjust as needed to ensure alignment with business goals.

Market Expansion:

Identify and explore new market opportunities and geographies for channel expansion.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets through channel partners and alliances.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.

Collaborate with the product team to provide partner feedback and insights for product development and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Ability to travel frequently.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

Proven experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, and partner management in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of demand planning methodologies, statistical models, and forecasting tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative partner solutions to drive revenue growth.

Strong business acumen and understanding of the channel partner ecosystem and supply chain dynamics.

Proficiency in using demand planning software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: $88,095.42 - $106,093.41 per year
