Your roleDo you know how to create and drive a culture of asset growth? Do you have the skills to manage a diverse and dynamic team of Financial Advisors? Do you seek to deliver top notch service to our clients and business partners? We’re looking for Market Director to:
serve as a resource to over 40 Financial Advisors while managing branch responsibilities
take a proactive approach to problem solving
be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management for 2 large branches in Rocky River and Westlake, Ohio
attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent
coach all team members, getting them the right training and making sure development measures are results-oriented and transparent
manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
Your teamYou’ll be working as a Market Director for the Westlake and Rocky River branches. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You will partner with the Ohio-Indiana-Michigan Market Management teams to drive initiatives and cascade critical information to propel growth and development within the branches.
Your expertise
ideally over 5 years of management experience with a leading financial institution
proven experience creating strong partnerships
series 7, 66 and 9/10 registered
motivated, self-directed and driven
skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
experience in recruiting Financial Advisors
