The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking an innovative and results driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and organic social media initiatives across all markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a passion for fashion. This role will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful brand messaging that drives engagement and growth. The Brand Marketing Manager will manage a team of one individual and report to the Head of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Marketing Campaigns

Develop and manage strategic seasonal marketing plans to support business goals globally.

Collaborate with creative, product, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns reflect brand positioning and resonate with target audiences.

Oversee the end to end execution of campaigns, from ideation to delivery, for non digital channels and partner with digital and site marketing teams to ensure the campaigns are executed as planned across all channels.

Advertising

Lead the development brand advertising campaigns for use in digital (social, display, search, etc.) and traditional (TV, radio, print) channels.

Partner with media and creative agencies to ensure effective message delivery, media buying, and creative assets.

Monitor and analyze advertising performance, making recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Organic Social Campaigns

Develop and implement organic social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.

Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to produce compelling, brand aligned content for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize content and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

Regularly measure and report on the performance of seasonal campaigns, advertising efforts, and social media activity.

Use data and insights to refine and improve future campaign strategies.

Prepare detailed performance reports to present to senior leadership, showcasing the success and learnings of each initiative.

Who You Are

Passionate about Frank & Eileen and our mission.

Experience in retail/ecommerce.

Passionate about fashion.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on seasonal campaigns, advertising, and organic social media.

Proven experience in managing large scale, cross channel marketing campaigns from conception to execution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Comfortable and confident with ambiguity and autonomy.

Able to work in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrate initiative and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.

Able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Problem solver with an analytical and inquisitive mind.

Detail-oriented - ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.

Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.

A self-starter and looks for areas needing improvement.

Compensation

Salary Range of $80,000-$100,000
