As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a stellar Head of Talent to help us keep attracting the top people and build out our internal People Ops function to systematize our "always on" approach to talent.
About the role
You'll manage the end-to-end interview process; conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competencies and culture fit
You'll work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
You'll drive sourcing, outreach at volume, and build initial rapport with candidates
You'll develop "always on" talent pipelines, engaging active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, community engagement, referral generation, and other creative means
You'll ensure the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback
You'll use data-driven metrics to improve recruitment strategies and provide insights into the hiring process
You'll play a key part in workforce planning and resource forecasting
You'll work with Marketing to drive employer branding
About you
You have a natural flair for building relationships and communicating with diverse individuals Establishing rapport with candidates and team members comes easily to you
You have proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech company
You're energized by the opportunity to recruit for diverse positions across the US and UK, including roles in sales, customer experience, product, engineering, finance, and marketing
You possess in-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods, including approaches to attract and retain undervalued talent
You're familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results promptly
You have experience in contract negotiation

Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
Take Home & Competency Deep Dive (1 hour)
This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
Culture Interview (45 mins):
A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values.

Compensation Range: $140K - $200K
