Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As a Permanent Millwork Shop Fabricator, you will serve as a critical member of our team, bringing your expertise and craftsmanship to the production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and executing designs from architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Fabricating custom millwork and commercial furniture to exact specifications.
- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are carried out to the highest standard.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
- Collaborating with team members to continually improve processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Millwork Shop Fabricator position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in custom millwork and commercial furniture fabrication.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
