A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires a high degree of expertise in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on first and third-party claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. This position requires a deep understanding of state and federal court proceedings, as well as strong writing skills and the ability to think independently. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain billable hours is crucial to this role. Colorado Bar Admission is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of insurance defense cases, including first and third-party claims.
- Conduct thorough coverage analyses to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and complaints.
- Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of billable hours and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the best possible defense for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Proven experience with first and third-party claims.
- Proficient in drafting motions, pleadings, and complaints.
- Experience in conducting depositions and representing clients in state and federal court.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to think independently and develop effective case strategies.
- Excellent case management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain billable hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
