DescriptionHours: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am OT as needed on Fridays Pay: $19.50/hr. plus $2/hr shift differential Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off 8 Paid holidays depending on start dateAccess to Earnings on a Daily BasisHealth Care: Full medical, dental and vision401K Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after one year of service)Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service)Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service)Responsibilities Operating stamping press, program parts to print and load coils with a crane.Physical workMove heavy dies with machine assistance.Move finished metal parts.Utilizing a forklift to:Load Material and off-load cut parts.Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper.Troubleshooting machine alarms and quality issues.May use fork truck to load materials.Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations. Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule.Work safely and independently.Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal.Take the next step in your manufacturing career by applying for a job today!
