Join us in our mission to Improve Lives and Contribute to a Better Society.As a member of our Manufacturing Team, the Electronics Operator 4 will assemble and test electro-mechanical products in an efficient, timely, and quality focused manner. To achieve this goal, they will perform a variety of complex operations requiring delicate and safe manual manipulation of electronics using hand tools, production equipment, computers, diagrams, drawings, and oral or written instructions. The Operator will ensure the quality and maintenance of the KPI for the production cell they are supporting by ensuring diligence to all work instructions and ensuring compliance to the quality control inspection procedures. The Operator will be required to continuously learn additional manufacturing cells to the degree that they can train, mentor, and monitor more junior staff on these cells.
