This is an opportunity to be a key contributor at a pivotal time in our company's growth and at a pivotal point in computing history.POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a senior technical quality assurance architect who can understand detailed technical requirements from large enterprise class customers and can create detailed automated test cases and test plans to ensure that the products meets the customers requirements including performance, scale and failure scenarios. He/she will be responsible for the development and improvement of key processes and test coverage, providing technical guidance to team members, improving existing products and features. He/she should be a great team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships and increase engagement / collaboration with peers to drive technology roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible to contribute to the products' vision including supportability and qualityOversee the overall development of automation and test coverage to maintain high standard of software qualityProvide technical leadership to team member while taking active part in the team tasksAssigns tasks, reviews work and may contribute to employee performance appraisalsWork with internal teams, peers and customers to understand product requirements thus translating to successful software development Engage with key customers to understand their challenges and requirements, then develop design and implement innovative solutions to meet these requirements RequirementsRelevant academic degree (CS/ CE / EE)At least 15 years experience in automated QA test development - MustAt least 5 years as team leader - Must10+ years experience in design and development of enterprise-level and multi-threaded systemKnowledge and experience in Linux - MustExperience working with Linux environments - AdvantageExperience in design, coding, integration, and debugging capabilitiesSelf-starter, enthusiastic proactive mindsetAbility to write code and conduct thorough code reviews
