Position Overview
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. You will support the software development team and cloud infrastructure team on the features and capabilities and will implement automation frameworks to test our cloud and mobile apps. ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test cases in various environments.Review and understand software requirements, design documents, and specifications.Collaborate with stakeholders for clarification of requirements and identification of potential issues.Perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and UAT.Document test results and report defects in bug-tracking tools.Identify and report software defects with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and severity.Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing.Focus on user experience testing to ensure user-friendliness and alignment with end-user needs.Maintain documentation of test procedures, test cases, and defect logs.Create summary reports of test coverage, results, and defect trends.Participate in retrospectives and suggest improvements to testing processes.Qualifications
3+ years of experience in QASolid understanding of QA methodologies and processesExperience with test automation is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and resourceful with excellent analytical skillsExcellent writing skillsUnderstanding REST APIsExperience with Mock data and sandboxesWilling to learn Python & SQLCompensation
The salary range for this position is $110K - 130K+ (Depending on experience)
