$56,000/year.What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Handle Workman's Compensation processes, liaising with insurance providers and managing claims.Manage unemployment claims and responses, representing the company in hearings when required.Assist in payroll processing, including time tracking, data entry, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.Collaborate with management to address employee relations matters and maintain a positive work environment.Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance processes and employee experience.What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
WORKDAY experience is required3+ years of progressive experience in HR, with cross-functional knowledge in benefits, leave administration, workman's comp, unemployment, and payroll.Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
