Job Summary:

As a Website Administrator, you will be responsible for defining the goals of our online presence, managing and optimizing our newly restructured website to ensure a seamless user experience, and maintaining high security standards and effective performance tracking. Your role will be crucial in driving our SEO and SEM efforts, managing multiple landing pages for lead generation, and supporting our marketing team with data-driven insights. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating our website with essential internal platforms and third-party plugins to streamline our operations and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:Website Management:

Oversee the daily operations of our website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.Site Architecture:

Design and implement site architecture that supports our marketing goals, including multiple landing pages for lead generation and conversion optimization.SEO & SEM:

Develop and execute strategies to improve our search engine rankings, including on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and developing and managing SEM campaigns.UX/UI Optimization:

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing interface, enhancing the user experience (UX) and ensuring a consistent, intuitive design (UI) across the site.Platform Integration:

Connect our website with other business platforms, such as Salesforce, Asana, and other relevant tools, to facilitate data flow, enhance automation, and improve overall efficiency.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior, using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.Lead Generation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages, implement UTM strategies, and align our online presence with marketing campaigns and objectives.Security & Compliance:

Ensure the website complies with the latest security standards, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.Content Management:

Work closely with the content and design team to upload, update, and optimize content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.Technical Support:

Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with IT and external vendors as needed, and implement updates to improve website functionality.Qualifications:

7+ years of proven experience as a Website Administrator, Web Developer, or similar role.Strong understanding of website architecture, content management systems (CMS), and web design principles.Proficiency in SEO and SEM best practices, including experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and paid search platforms.Experience with website security, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and vulnerability assessments.Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Experience with lead generation tools and techniques.Strong experience with platform integration, specifically with tools like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
