Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Case Management Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00-16:30 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN licensed in Missouri or Compact licensure including Missouri Certifications: CM Certification preferred but not required Must-Have: - Interqual experience - Experienced case manager Job Description: - Work within the Case Management department covering all units of the inpatient hospital and the Emergency Department as needed. - Utilize and maintain proficiency in computer and cell phone usage for work purposes. - Perform Interqual admission and progression of care reviews daily. - Conduct admission assessments and discharge planning on a daily basis. - Meet scheduling requirements by providing weekend coverage support, with at least one day each weekend. - Adhere to the professional dress code of business casual attire. Additional Requirements: - Experience with the MIDAS documentation system is preferred. - Must provide patient care that aligns with the hospital's patient experience requirements. This position does not include orientation hours.
