Administrative Assistant

two

residential properties

located in

Atlanta, GA . The

Administrative Assistant

will work under the direction of the Property Manager to assist with the overall management of the operation. Above all else, the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with other team members will not only improve the job but enhance the entire work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phones and greet tenants in a professional mannerCompose and type all correspondence and documentsMaintain professional communication with residents, applicants, vendors, and Board MembersLog all owner and resident complaints and dispatch maintenance personnel promptlyAssist with the preparation of monthly Financial ReportsMaintain files and paperworkWork independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projectsRespond to all emergenciesAvailability to attend monthly Board MeetingsAny other duties as assignedQualifications for this position

High school education or equivalentMust have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Property Management experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and literacy in writing skillsExperience working with contracts and construction documents preferredExperience with OneSite software preferredBi-lingual a plus
