Utilizes knowledge, methods and techniques pertinent to directing, guiding and assisting nursing management and staff members in fulfilling their responsibilities.Educational/Licensing:Current Oregon RN License. Bachelor's degree preferred. Current BLS and ACLS.Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership qualities; good communication skills, ability to inspire confidence in others, ability to plan, implement and evaluate change, commitment to promoting growth of others.
