Description
The Key Responsibilites of the Project Manager:
- Manage project financials, RFI's, submittals, and project scope.
- Oversee projects ranging from $20K to $60M across industries like industrial, higher education, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
- Report to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, supported by an APM, Project Coordinator, and Document Control team.
- Work in a hybrid office/on-site model, depending on the project size.
Profile
The Successful Project Manager:
- 3-7 years of Project Management experience (no residential/multifamily).
- Mechanical contracting experience preferred, or familiarity with mechanical aspects from large-scale GC projects.
- Experience with MEP projects and budgets ranging from $500K to $60M.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
Job Offer
