Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Lead the on-site management of commercial, healthcare, multifamily, and other sector projects.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on the job site, including safety compliance, scheduling, and resource management.

Profile

The right Construction Superintendent will have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
