The ideal candidate will have at least five years of personal injury experience in Oregon, strong drafting skills, and the ability to review medical records and create chronologies. Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys and clients to enhance office efficiency
- Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and related parties
- Provide trial support and prepare case briefs, demands, and summaries
- Track liens, request medical records, and conduct case research
- Draft and file legal documents, manage calls, and maintain contact lists
- Oversee deadlines and coordinate calendars for smooth case management
- Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with over 5 years in personal injury law
- Strong understanding of Oregon legal processes, procedures, and court systems
- Adept at managing the daily functions of a legal office
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a bonus
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities
- Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
