Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Portland, Oregon
Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with plaintiff personal injury experience to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of personal injury experience in Oregon, strong drafting skills, and the ability to review medical records and create chronologies. Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys and clients to enhance office efficiency
  • Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and related parties
  • Provide trial support and prepare case briefs, demands, and summaries
  • Track liens, request medical records, and conduct case research
  • Draft and file legal documents, manage calls, and maintain contact lists
  • Oversee deadlines and coordinate calendars for smooth case management
Qualifications:
  • Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with over 5 years in personal injury law
  • Strong understanding of Oregon legal processes, procedures, and court systems
  • Adept at managing the daily functions of a legal office
  • Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a bonus
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities
  • Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
