DescriptionOur client is seeking a permanent fulltime Associate General Counsel to join their team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves providing legal guidance on corporate, commercial, operational, and supply matters within a corporate setting.• Offer guidance on general corporate, commercial, operational, and supply matters, with a focus on preparing and negotiating commercial and supply contracts• Participate in all facets of legal operations to bolster corporate growth initiatives• Provide advice on pharmaceutical compliance, regulations, industry standards, and company policies• Provide legal advice and business counsel on commercial aspects of the business, including review of advertising and promotional materials• Advise on transparency price reporting• Ensure the company conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations • Assist with employment law matters and provide legal support regarding insurance, procurement, and other corporate matters• Oversee and assist with litigation and other legal matters as they arise, including the coordination and management of external counsel• Demonstrate expertise in negotiating and drafting complex agreements independently and effectively.Requirements• 8-10+ years of experience in the legal profession, preferably with exposure to the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry• Extensive knowledge in Biopharmaceuticals, Pharmaceutical Products, and Specialty Pharmaceutical• Proven expertise in Corporate Law and Legal Regulatory• Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Law• Demonstrated experience in Corporate Marketing, Marketing Advertising, and Product Marketing• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Must hold a law degree from an accredited institution• Should be admitted to the state bar• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High level of professional ethics and integrity• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice and counsel• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Job typePerm
