Job Overview:Performs evaluations of patient strength, range of motion, activities of daily living, and mobility. Provide therapeutic interventions and make recommendations for plan of care.Qualifications:Required:B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OT program, requiredPreferred:Master s degree or Doctorate, preferred1 - 2 years clinical experience, preferredCertifications and Licenses Required:Verification of certification by the NBCOTCurrent NJ state licenseScheduling Requirements:Flex ScheduleCoverage for weekends, holiday, and weekly coverage as needed for PTO coverage,Essential Functions:Demonstrates compliance with inpatient billingTreats inpatients to meet the established standard of careClearly communicate plan of care and goals to patient/caregiversMakes referral recommendations for services outside the disciplineParticipates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching processCollaborates scheduling of inpatient caseload in conjunction of supervisorDemonstrates the ability to identify what the patient/member cultural/educational needs arePerform timely and accurate billing and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelinesProvide education and training on recommendations during course of treatment and for discharge planningSupervises as neededPay Range:$ 67.31
