Provides more advanced first and second line analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users.Supports and administers complex client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructure componentsProvides project management or participates in project implementations of client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure.Responsible in taking system inventories and building documentation client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure.Assists in the administration of a large complex group of infrastructure components.Works closely with Infrastructure Specialists to resolve complex issues affecting desktop applications and operations.Initiates new responsibilities and help to plan for the future of client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructureMay direct tasks of more junior team members.Evaluates and may recommend purchases of solutions.May participate in on-call duties on a weekly rotational basis.Minimum Requirements:
4-year Bachelor's Degree5+ years experienceExperience with IT support in a manufacturing facility.
