CAMP is part of the Hearst Transportation Division.Job SummaryAn implementation specialist works on an Agile team representing customer interests that adopt new software systems, making sure the system meets the clients needs. As an implementation specialist, your duties are to assist with the installation and customization of software as a service (SaaS) systems. Your responsibilities include collecting data about company objectives, work with professional service specialist to review requirements translating to setting the configuration of the solution, provide quality assurance for the end-to-end solution, facilitate training sessions for company employees and transition support to the technical support team. Depending on the size of the client company and the scope of the system implementation, you may work independently or with a team of implementation specialists.ResponsibilitiesTransform business processes and requirements into configuration templates to support the workflows to meet customer operations.Collaborate with UX and Marketing to support customer branding and go to market material.Work with Technical Services to evaluate and correct issues related to SaaS setup.Engages client sponsor to sign off on user acceptance of the configuration.Assist in research and engage potential partners to provide seamless integration to bring additional value services to the e-Commerce solutions such as payment providers, tax module providers, etc.Perform final quality assurance before customer training and transition to production.Develop documentation and automation for continuous improvement and streamlining of the deployment cycle.Brainstorm, ideate, and iterate as needed with both product teams and professional services team.Be a passionate advocate for the user.RequirementsBachelors Degree.Strong communication and organizational skills.3+ years of relevant, demonstrated experience working as a key representative engaging client interaction in a sales or support role.Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plan, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions.Uses solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.E-commerce experience preferred.CAMP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
