Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Duration: 8 months (contract) Location: Denver, CO (Remote - Candidate Must be Local) Position Overview: The Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent is a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of the application. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about customer service and technology, adept at using live chat tools, and committed to following standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for the mobile application. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both iOS and Android platforms. Install and configure the software on supported devices, adhering to defined procedures. Utilize Incident Management procedures to log tickets in the tracking system for issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: One year of professional experience in a related field, particularly in mobile application support. OR Education: Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity). Substitutions: Additional paid or unpaid experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis. Additional relevant education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely replace these qualifications. Training or certification related to the role may also be credited toward substitution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Jira. ITIL Certification. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Previous government work experience. Knowledge of Apple and Google Play Store processes.
