Job Description & RequirementsPrimary Care Physician- 4-Day Work Week- $450K+ Income PotentialStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $450000.00A reputable practice that has been serving its community for nearly 85 years is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician to join its team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a thriving multi-specialty group committed to providing the best care for every patient, every time.
Opportunity Highlights• Excellent work-life balance with a 4-day workweek + no weekends or call required• Ability to become a partner after 1 year• $330,000 salary plus bonus with income potential of $450K+• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance provided• Leadership opportunities available if desired• Epic EMR• Comprehensive benefits package including 2 weeks of CME, 4 weeks PTO, 401K with matching, medical, dental, vision, & more
