Job Description & RequirementsCritical Care APP - PoconoStart Date: 5/31/2024 Pay Rate: $133000.00 - $170000.00Join a collaborative team of physicians and APP providers dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.A major US medical group seeks a Critical Care PA to join its skilled ICU team. The incoming Critical Care PA will be part of a supportive team looking to expand. This role offers some schedule flexibility and the potential for block scheduling. The competitive compensation package includes a salary based on experience, a VIP bonus, a signing bonus, relocation aid, and extensive benefits. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered. PA candidates are welcome to apply, but PA candidates with experience and training in surgical ICU patients may be better suited.Opportunity Highlights
Join a collaborative team of physicians and APP providers and work 100% at a high-performing hospitalThe incoming Critical Care PA will enjoy a balanced schedule with no call responsibilities and provide 12 shifts per month of coverage, with additional shifts calculated at an hourly rateEarn attractive financial incentives, including a VIP incentive bonus of up to $7,500 annually, a signing bonus of $20,000 (with a 3-year commitment), and a relocation reimbursement of $10,000Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be consideredCandidates without prior ICU experience will likely not be considered due to the autonomy of the position
