Dive into a dynamic role with a clinical focus that's 90% to 95% on FPMRS and 5% to 10% on general urology. As an Assistant or Associate Professor, you'll enjoy a balanced academic appointment: 10% to 20% research, 10% teaching/admin, and a substantial 70% to 80% clinical time. Tenure or clinical track candidates can try for tenure at any time, and students and residents will be with you for most of your shift.
