What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with the media team in the creation and implementation of media strategy across all touchpoints and media channels, on time and within budgetAssist in the development of media strategy and presentationsFacilitate daily communication with clients and agency teams to ensure the smooth stewardship of your clients' media plansGrow leadership by working with media strategists to delegate tasks necessary for the implementation and stewardship of clients' media plans; this includes training strategists on various resources used within the agencyImprove leadership skills through mentorship and other leadership training opportunitiesReview work with a critical lens and provide feedbackAssist with the billing process through collaboration with accounting teamWhat You're Good At

A bachelor's degree or a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and cultureThree to five years of communication strategy with experience related to paid mediaHands-on experience with various media resources such - as but not limited to - Microsoft Excel, Mediaocean/Prisma, Kantar, MediaTools, Sizmek, Nielsen, etc.Experience analyzing data and drawing insights that make media plans more effective
