My client, a growing and dynamic entertainment industry organization, is adding a Staff Accountant to their team. Hybrid two days from home after 90 days. 90% paid employee health care. Opportunity to grow. 40-hour weeks-work/life balance. Located in the West End area of Nashville. Up to $75k base plus discretional bonus. Permanent direct hire. Must have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Overview of the Staff Accountant:
- Accounts payable for multiple entities.
- Prepare deposits and manage accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledgers for multiple clients.
- Calculate monthly commissions.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must.
- 1 to 2 years of general ledger experience including accounts payable and journal entries is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work close to West End for 90 days of training then 3 days onsite.
