Revenue Integrity Analyst IReporting to the Revenue Integrity Manager, this role serves as a subject matter expert in a high-profile group tasked with improving revenue results by taking a global view of clinical and financial processes, functions, and interdependencies from the provision of patient care to final bill generation. The analyst communicates directly with healthcare professionals, patient accounts, and the billing department to ensure that charge capture workflows comply with MSKCC standards.Role Overview:Provide support for assigned service lines and collaborate with the team to perform reviews related to Charge Description Master (CDM) integrity.Coordinate with the team to implement and standardize charge capture corrective measures and monitor to ensure the effectiveness of charge changes.Support the Revenue Integrity team in participating in projects related to revenue cycle initiatives.Prepare and present findings in standard presentations to the Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst and Manager.Assist in and monitor department charge reconciliation education and training.Monitor payer websites for coverage determinations impacting CDM and charge capture workflows.Provide guidance to departments on correct charge capture, CPT/HCPCS coding, and billing processes to multiple clinical departments.Key Qualifications:2 3 years of hospital revenue experience.Epic experience is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Word.Core Skills:Outstanding relationship-building skills with a demonstrated capability of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering and building new relationships at all levels.Ability to derive value from relationship building and collaboration with diverse teams.Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate evolving business needs.Strong communication skills.Additional Information:Location :
