IT Program Manager - CCaaS and CRM ImplementationAs an IT Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex technology projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the CCaaS and CRM implementation and integration projects.Responsible for managing the IT transformation of 20+ contact centers into 3.Consolidation of current contact center telephony solutions to NICE CXOne.Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration.Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Identify and manage risks and issues.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.Required Skills:Strong project management experience, including Agile methodologies.Experience with CRM/workflow solutions (Salesforce, ServiceNow).Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams.
