Qualifications:-10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Core HR modules.-In-depth understanding of Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices.-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.-Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.-Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.-Experience with Oracle Support processes and tools are a plus.
