Join our team!Position Profile: The Standley Systems' Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining manual, mechanical and clerical work in a warehouse setting. This individual's responsibilities will include supervision of real time inventory, receiving freight/packages, storing, unpacking, assembly/setup and/or the delivering of equipment/parts/supplies at the warehouse. This position will report to the Warehouse and Purchasing ManagerPrimary Responsibilities: Supervise a team of inventory control and material handlers in a fast paced and lean environmentVerify, record, store & file documents for all equipment, accessories, parts, and supply inventory dailyIdentify and document damaged goods and report shortagesProvide the first and last level of Inventory control in the warehouseResponsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstationsMaintain integrity of real time inventory at the warehouse, while implementing and performing inventory cycle countsSupervise loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipmentsCoordinate with Implementation on deliveries/installs, as neededEnsure client deliveries are completed daily Implement and maintain a dynamic environment Coordinate internal & leased equipment transfers and storageQuality Control of the setup process of equipment/accessory orders for the shop techniciansProvide supervision for assigned warehouse employees and/or temp/contract workersAbility to operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles, including pallet-jacks and forkliftsAssist with the inspection of equipment and determine repair needs Ensure all warehouse processes are followed and implementedCoordinate Facility maintenance for all facilitiesSafety Training Coordinator for all warehouse employees Track and identify employees' forklift & picker certifications & issue certifications based on practical & written examGo through bid processes with our lease returns & decide which contractor(s) to use based on cost & return speedComply with company policies and guidelinesAssist in keeping a safe environmentWorks closely with other departments in warehouse Additional tasks as assigned by ManagementQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
