We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to provide front-line support for our dealerships' technical needs. Key Responsibilities:

•Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

•Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently using a ticketing system.

•Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, phones, and other network-connected devices.

•Support Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting email, collaboration tools, and user accounts.

•Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., connectivity problems, switches, routers).

•Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and software applications across multiple locations.

•Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.

•Assist in IT onboarding and offboarding of dealership employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.

•Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing and tracking support requests.

•General networking knowledge (e.g., understanding of IP addresses, routers, switches, basic diagnostics).

•Proficiency in Windows OS (installation, troubleshooting, updates).

•Excellent customer service and communication skills.

•Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•Willingness to travel occasionally between dealerships in the Atlanta area.

Preferred Qualifications:

•IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.

•Previous experience in a multi-location support role or within the automotive industry.
