is to assist existing customers from our Servicing Portfolio telephonically with their current and future mortgage needs. Each licensed

is provided inbound/outbound leads to service in accordance with Pennymac policies, procedures and lending guidelines. Compensation for the Loan Officer role is directly tied to performance.

The average estimated salary plus incentives for this position is $184,500 to $249,000.The

Mortgage

Loan Officer

will:Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls to

assist existing Pennymac

customers as well as new customersIdentify current customer needs and provide guidance for product solutionsAdvise and educate customers on home-buying or refinance processesRecommend loan solutions to customers to improve their overall financial positionAssist applicants through the loan application process including reviewing disclosures and loan documentsEmphasize benefits of Pennymacs offers and advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to the customers needs and provide appropriate rebuttal options as applicableManage pipeline activities while meeting production goals, compliance requirements and company guidelines in adherence with lending regulationsProvide a Best in Class experience to every caller to represent the organizations culture and valuesPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and valuesWhat Youll Bring:

3+ years of origination and lending experienceMust have current UST LicenseExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, work in a fast paced environment while navigating through different system applications and softwareGreat sense of responsibility and organizationStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyTeam player, works well with others and willing to assist peersExcellent critical thinking, problem solving and sound judgment skillsBi-lingual Spanish is required

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the roleMid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the roleHigher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the roleSome roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.Salary:$50,000 - $250,000
